News from Endaki 2 and C. M. Endaki.

All the investments at Endaki 2 are currently operating since the beginning of the year. Thus, we count now with a Pietro Carnaghi AC 32 TM-2800 lathe which comes equipped with 4 universal heads. The extended shop houses a Waldrich Coburg Mastertec III 4000 AT-M3 portal milling machine, fully working too. Furthermore, the Pama Speedram 1000 and Pama speedram 3000 boring machines are working at full performance and are equipped with universal exchangeable heads to carry out difficult access holes and other operations. Regarding the SNK (SHIN NIPPON KOKI) RNC 130 x 10.000 turning centre, it has machined several big shafts one of these weighing 20 tons. Said machine comes equipped with 10 CNC controlled axis and can turn, mill and drill parts up to 50 tons weight with (by using the steadies). Endaki 2 plant has 25-tons lifting cranes and also two 50-tons lifting cranes, making possible handling of large-sized and heavy parts.

Additionally, once the extension of Aduna building was finished, we commissioned the next coming Pama Speedram 1.000 boring machine as well as a Pietro Carnaghi AC 20 TM-1800 vertical lathe. With this lathe our shops will account for three vertical turning centres in total. Finally, at the beginning of 2009 we received a Matsuura H-PLUS 630 machining centre.
